Here we are on the banks of Maiwar, the Brisbane River.

Over the next 3-weeks, I'll share with you all the practices you'll need

This week we focus on decompression of the lumbar spine which has the dual benefit of strengthening our abdominal muscles and relieving even long-standing strain.

Because they are based on functional alignment, the more you do them, the more you'll want to do them.  You'll also notice how safe they feel due to the stability of the form.
