Use this week to "get it" in your bones... every time you sit at your desk... every time you sit in your car... every time you pick something up.... every inhale... every exhale. 

A useful tool for your home practice is a full length mirror for direct visual feedback.  Notice, my left hand does not turn as much as my right.   You might also find one side needs more "gentle reminding" than the other.  Be patient and persistent.  Your body is listening.  

The immediate benefits, such as increased circulation, will give you confidence to keep going.   The philosophy components will see that you break all the way through.
